Avoid drinking too much and too little approximately take 8 glasses of water per day. This will help you avoid dehydration during the day.

2. Cold Showers

Cold showers are 70 degrees Fahrenheit below water temperature. Cold showers have health benefits also. It is also considered a water therapy or hydrotherapy. The advantage of this therapy is to normalize the tendency of body temperature in hot conditions. It also helps you to rehydrate during the fasting month.

If you notice the symptoms of dehydration like dizziness, breathing issue, dry lips, dull skin, weakness, and body temperature issues. So, you should try to normalize your body temperature by a cold shower tip. Spend approximately 10 minutes under cool water (no ice water). It will help you to relax.

Avoid that food which contains to much sugar like sweet it may cause dehydration. Avoid caffeine and alcohol, fried food and high sodium food which can dehydrate you.

While many think that fashion doesn’t matter during Ramadan, it actually does.

There are many ways to stay hydrated and look fashionable at the same time. You have to choose your cloth carefully, The fabric, shirt, color, texture everything related to cloth plays an important role to keep body temperature normal.

If you are in indoor place then pick a light color clothes, if you are going outside wear darken color it will help you to protect from rays of sunlight. I will never suggest you “BLACK” color because it attract the heat and absorb in your body.

Few people believes that a cotton undershirt protects you from the sun but the fact is this an undershirt can increase the risk of dehydration. In hot weather, your body start sweating, then it will absorb by undershirt and it becomes wet, this hot cotton fabric increase your body temperature. Especially, if you are wearing one more layer of fabric.

The better idea is to wear a light weight fabric which evaporates your sweat.

5. Work Out

Undoubtedly, workout is also the cause the dehydration because of sweating you lose a great amount of your body water. But, work out and different exercises also prevent you from harmful elements that might cause dehydration.

Intensive workout reduced muscle mass and strength. So, instead of going gym you can do cycling, little jogging or walk as well.

2 to 3 hours after iftar  you can do workout. But, try to maintain water level that lost by drinking water before going to bed.
